bongo-news: Dr. Suman Kumar Panday has been appointed as the director of the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) Prime Minister’s Office. On March 24, 2021, the government issued a notification from the Ministry of Public Administration appointing him as the director of NSDA. Earlier, he was working in the Ministry of Education, There he has worked with his own talent and skills. In his personal life he is known as a talented writer, researcher and skilled officer.

Dr. Suman Panday was born in Narayanpur village of Bagha upazila of Rajshahi district. His father, the late Sukumar Kumar Panday, was a prominent social worker and educator. His mother Shikha Rani Panday is known in the area as a human tender woman.
