Dr. Saber Shah is a Bangladeshi-born British citizen, born in Dhaka in 1957, with ancestral roots in Feni District, Bangladesh. Throughout his life, he has made significant contributions in the fields of education, business, community support, and international relations.
Dr. Shah completed his higher education in Bangladesh at Jahangirnagar University, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Government and Politics in 1981, followed by a Master’s degree in the same subject in 1983. Later, after moving to the United Kingdom, he earned a PhD in Political Analysis (Academic Research) from Preston University in 2008. Most recently, in 2025, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the University of West London—an inspiring example of his lifelong commitment to learning.
